Passenger & Vehicle Agreement
In this cruise, the transport of the passenger and luggage is carried out by the carrier being in bound with the rules dominating Turkish Trade Code, the rules established by 1974 Athens Convention and the below stated standard form and rules of "TURYOL The Cooperative of Tourism and Passenger Carries by Waterborne". The said rules and conditions arrange the responsibilities of the Transporter and in most cases limits the same.
Ticket provides the right of boarding and off-boarding the ship to the passenger for the cruise written on it. Tickets which are not used on time by the passenger are invalid And they can not provide the right for boarding and off-boarding for another cruise. The information stated on the ticket are considered to be accepted when the ticket is purchased. The complaints taking place after the purchase are invalid. When the person who submits the ticket can not prove to be the same person with the ''Passenger Name'' stated in the relative part of the ticket, the carrier reserves the right to confiscate such a ticket.In event a passenger has lost the ticket,must buy a new one.
The passenger shall come to the venue of the carrier in which the boarding processes are carried out at least one hour before the departure of the ship to enable the carrier to complete the required formalities, boarding and departure procedures. If the passenger does not come to the boarding gate on time or if the passenger does not have the required document for the cruise or if the passenger is not ready for the cruise, the carrier cancels the space saved for the passenger and does not delay the cruise. The carrier is not responsible for costs and the damages caused by the Passenger's infringement of the conditions of this article
Unless agreed otherwise, and as per the carrying agreement, the Passenger is not obliged to pay any other cost besides the carrying price for the luggage he/she can bring to the ship. During the cruise, the passenger can only have a travelling bag or a handbag together with him/her in the ship. The other luggages besides these shall be recorded by the ship personnel and they shall be kept in the safe place. The passenger can not keep breakable, deteriotable materials, money, jewellery, precious metals, silver belongings, bills or other valuable commercial documents, passport and other identification documents or their samples in the registered luggage. The carrier can not be held responsible for the losses caused by keeping such things in the luggages as specified in the article. For the materials which are not accepted as the luggage, please refer to section ''Refusal of the Carrying''.
Behaviour in the Ship
The passenger is obliged to abide the rules in the ship set by the Captain. If the passenger acts in a way to jeopardise the ship or any person or a commodity or causes obstacles to prevent the ship crew to do their duties or does not abide the instructions of the ship crew and causes the reasonable objections of the other passengers on board, the carrier takes all necessary measures to prevent the continuation of such behaviours including to have the passenger in the ship.
The cats and the dogs having valid vaccines and health certificates can be carried by abiding the rules set by the carrier and to be carried in their cages together with their foods to be placed in the animal shelters on the deck of the ship during the voyage. The acceptance of the animal carrying depends of the passenger's full acceptance of the responsibility for the respective animal. The carrier shall not be held responsible for the death of the pet, being sick, the delay or for the loss and the injuries of the same or for the losses and the damages caused by these reasons. The owners of the pets are responsible for all types of feeding needs of the pets

Cruise Schedules and Cruise Cancellations
The carrier is responsible to execute the announced or the unannounced cancelled scheduled cruises and the carrier undertakes to achieve the required efforts to execute the carryings of the passenger and the luggage in the resonable period of time. In the events of force majeure (such as the situations like the weather conditions, sea situation, unavailability of harbour facilities … etc) and extraordinary situations, the carrier reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement, to change the cruise schedules, to continue the cruise and to suspend the carrying. If the cruise is cancelled due to extraordinary and force majeure reasons, the tickets payments shall be returned to the respective owners within 30 days.
The Refusal of the Carrying
For the security reasons or by using it's own judicial discretion the carrier can refuse the carryings of the Passengers and the Luggages related to the below stated or the similar situations : The carrier reserves the right to refuse any passenger if the passenger is causing any type of risk or danger to the other persons and to the commodities or if the passenger is not abiding the rules of the carrier or if the passenger is refusing the security check or if the passenger has purchased the ticket by infringing the effective laws, the price tarriffs of the carrier and the carrier's rules. It is strictly forbidden to carry on the sea all types of flammable, explosive and radio-active … etc cargos as per the scope of ''IMDG Code'' international carryings of dangerous cargos. It is forbidden to carry the materials which are in the scope dangerous cargos, fire arms and ammunitions other than the hunting and sports uses, the substances which are not found suitable by the carrier in respect to being breakable or deteriotable or in respect to their weights and dimensions.
Limitation of the Carrying
Children under 16 can only travel when accompanied. According to the rules of the carrier, the acceptances for the carryings of the unaccompanied children, the passengers who are in need of help, pregnant women or the ill persons can only be subject to the agreement and the arrangements made with the Carrier. There shall be no responsibility to be imposed on the Carrier due to health failures of such persons during the cruise.
Changes and Drawback
In the event of demand for the date change of the Passenger’s ticket :
The Maintenance of the Ship During The Voyage
If the maintenance of the ship is required during the voyage, the passenger pays the carrying charge in full even if the passenger does not wait for the completion of the maintenance. If the passenger wait for the completion of the maintenance, the carrier provides accomodation without requesting any charge until the voyage starts again and the carrier is obliged to fulfill it's responsibilities for the feedings of the passenger as per the carrying agreement.
Waiver and Alteration
Every passenger who have purchased tickets to cruise on our ships are deemed that they have accepted all of the above stated provisions as the way they are stated. The carrier reserves the right to change the price, tarriffs and the cruise days without prior notification. In the event of having some of the provisions of the agreement being invalid, the remaining provisions do not lose their validations. Neither one of the carrier's agents, personnel or the representative has been authorized to change or to cancel the provisions of this agreement.
Visa, Passport and Custom Formalitie
All passengers must carry out of all formalities of relevant visa, passport and custom rules.
ÖNEMLİ BİLGİ !
There shall be no ticket change and ticket return after the departure of the ship.
There shall be no ticket return for the cancellation demands which take place in 24 hours or less time left to the departure of the ship.

20.—TL shall be requested for each change made taking place upon 24 hours before the departure of the ship.

3) 10 YILDAN ESKİ PASAPORTLARLA YUNANİSTAN'a GİRİŞE İZİN VERİLMEMEKTEDİR(GEÇERLİLİK SÜRESİ UYGUN OLSA DAHİ).
4) PASAPORTUN GEÇERLİLİK SÜRESİ GİRİŞ YAPILACAK TARİHTE ASGARİ 3 AY VE ÜZERİNDE OLMALIDIR.
